A devastated Robert Pattinson is reportedly hiding out at Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon’s California ranch.
The heartbroken actor has been lying low ever since the shocking news of girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheating on him broke last week.
Despite rumors that Pattinson had returned to his English birthplace in London, US Weekly magazine – who broke the scandal of Kristen affair with married Rupert Sanders – claims that he is in fact staying at his movie co-star’s holiday home.
Pregnant Witherspoon, 36, reportedly offered Rob a refuge in the form of the $7 million mansion in Ojai, California.
The actress — who married husband Jim Toth at the luxury residence in March 2011 — became friends with Rob when they starred as troubled lovers Jacob and Marlena in 2011 box office hit “Water For Elephants.”
A source told US Weekly that Rob is “a total mess… he’s questioning everything.”
It would seem things aren’t much better for Kristen, 22, who is said to be “inconsolable” and desperately trying to save her relationship with her Twilight co-star.

So Boob is doing COSMO premier because this is how you get over a broken heart. This makes me very suspicious of Boob. Many have said if he does not go to it then he is just her toy, that he has no balls. Really ? Turn this around I just see this is as him milking the sympathy vote and selling a film, on the basis of that stinks. I also see double standards. If this had been a premier in Russia, Germany, France, Italy, Timbuck Too and his team cancelled due to difficult time he was having his fan base would have illustrated a little level of sympathy and understanding. But you see this is different, its New York and all those Robsessed fans have tickets.
They want their piece of the pie. If you think for one moment I believe that they are going to be discussing the artistic merits, and principle skills of the acting, digesting the cinema photography and Cronenbergs vision . BOLLOCKS. They are going to gawp and glare. I think everyone’s theories here about where bob is and what the next move for scummit is, are things that could very well happen. I’m going with the majority that say bob is in London, but I’m not sure about being at his parents home, maybe a friend or relative. Definitely think there will be a push to make Shrew the victim, as a young naive girl, subdued by an older man whom she had a working relationship with. Been watching the Olympics! Love everything from fencing and soccer to swimming and volleyball. The ping pong is amazing; how do they hit that ball so fast on such a little table? Usually don’t watch the Today Show but since they’re covering the Olympics I’ve been watching and they all look like they’re having so much fun. Basically the entire NBC cast has 2weeks paid vacation while there. So jealous.

IDK ? – I am of the opinion this has been at least somewhat of a humbling experience. I don’t see a whole lot of giggling. Especially if he wants to retain the sympathy of the scorned and betrayed boyfriend. I think we may see a somber Bob. Although, I’m rarely correct. And here comes the sympathy card campaign. Everyone is bashing her so badly, that people are starting to feel sorry for her and Bob will start feeling more pressure to forgive. In all those pics at the gym that were taken after her ‘momentary lapse’ she doesn’t look guilty ridden or appear to have the weight of the world on her shoulders. She looks like her usual arogant self, with he smug attitude thinking she’d got away with it. She even went on a ‘date’ night with Rob and by the accounts spurted by onlookers she was happy and relaxed and very much in love with Rob. No signs she felt guilty for what she’d done or any remorse. How anyone can say she innocent in all this when she went straight home to him and lied is naïve. If he feels pressured to take her back, beacuse everyone can now freely say what they all really think of her without moral outrage and death threats,and he feels sorry for he then he is a damn fool.
