Gemma …joking aside I think Rob needs to be careful…It’s all very well being all prissy and private and hiding away from the media etc but sooner or later interest will start to decline if you are not doing anything…well..interesting. He was lapped once in London with his friends and that was it. We have had nothing since. He is supposed to be filming this bloody Queen of the Desert which has been on the cards …seemingly since time immemorial ..(along with Mission Blacklist) but the dates for that change from day to day. I wonder if the lack of pap photos are a result of lack of interest on their part rather than lack of opportunity. He is not that big a star yet that his body of work would guarantee interest in him. Lind, for me his problem is that when Twilight broke out he was young, gullible and a bit idiot, he had no idea how to handle the media and he also gave the impression to be very badly advised on that regard, so he got into Robsten game and it got completely out of control, not to mention it made an idiot of him.
When you build up a house and the basement is wrongly built, the house will have a lot of problems… Rob has never known how to handle the media, he thinks the less he’s in tabloids, the more credible he’ll be as an actor. It’s not a problem of how many times you get papped, it’s a problem of earning a respect in the media, it’s about stopping playing stupid guessing games and starting to be honest and show your personality because people and even the media get tired of people who use guessing games.
In my opinion, If he doesn’t earn some respect as an actor and person and begins to behave as a normal guy, he will be quickly swept out by the competence.
The fact that his gossip reputation eclipses his actual work is exactly why he SHOULD lay low. His fame has never been at the level of his career or talent and I think that’s what he’s trying to change. It’s just going to take awhile and I think he’s perfectly fine with his popularity fading and fewer people caring about his personal life. The best actors in his generation are not paparazzi magnets. They’re people we rarely hear from when they’re not filming or promoting. And I think that’s what he wants.
But he’s doing nothing to show that he’s trying to change. He’s behaving exactly like he has always done. The difference is that Robsten, his main appealing for the media, is done, hence he’s scarcely seen in tabloids as of late.
If he had had the balls to speak out in his interviews for Dior and state that his romantic relationship with Stewie was broken up for good. Period. He would have given the impression of being a honest man who wanted to leave the past behind and have a fresh start. He didn’t. Moreover he did some stupids comment about seeing the boobs of the model bla bla, so same Roberto, different day.

This might not be popular here, but when it comes to feeding the sheep crumbs by hanging with his friends or commenting on their instas, I blame his friends more than Kristen. Rob’s her ex, so how much loyalty does she really owe him? His friends, otoh, DO owe him more, imo. It’s pretty crappy how some of them have continually latched onto her in order to keep that Robsten fanbase interested in their artwork, their gigs, or whatever.
This is why Tom and Bobby are the only ones of the London gang I have any respect left for. And why I don’t mind his L.A. friends. Jarecki has shown more loyalty and done more to protect Rob’s privacy than any of his “best” friends. Again, jmo. YMMV.
Tom and Bobby are the ones I respect too…and IMO are honest friends….I felt bad when Bobby got attacked just for saying he was watching cheaters….they went after him for that….Marcus to me is there for the attention ..whoever can give it to him….Sam is a nice guy….can’t say anything bad….butttttt…..u like Bobby n not the other 2…. I agree with both of you, jackie and Kell. Tom has been a true friend. Completely avoided shrew after the mini-cooper event. Even though she trailed behind him and Sienna at the Met, he looked like he could give a sh*t. In the beginning Bobby had Rob’s fans coming to his gigs but they would walk out when they realized the person they showed up for wasn’t there. Rude to the extreme. Then Rob stopped attending Bobby’s shows for awhile. Somehow I feel Bobby asked Rob not to show. He wanted to build a fan base that were there for his music. Marcus, on the other hand, has always had Rob, snowy or the two of them at most of his shows. He even toured with the girl who wrote and performed the BD1&2 song, A thousand years. And of course he had snowy looking angsty in his video.
Yesss! ….idk I think Bobby still has…..well esp in LA n NYC a bunch of robstens that will go to his shows…..they def still hope to see rob at them….esp if he hasn’t been seen in a while….Marcus is def a leech….he has def wanted the fans any way he could…..and yep! I think her association with his friends will dissipate soon. They’re adults now…in serious relationships, their own careers, and starting families. Whereas Kstew is still hell-bent on living, looking, and behaving like a teenager.
I kind of doubt it. We still have Sam and Marcus hanging out with Scout. Stew commenting on Jamie’s IG. Michaela and Nettie visiting Kristen on film sets. For one reason or another, none of his friends besides Bobby and Tom seem willing to cut ties with her.
I am wondering if Jack has been cut by Rob’s friends though. Why isn’t he in NY if Marcus has a show on Tuesday? Shouldn’t he have to rehearse?

I really doubt it. I would like to believe they’d drop her but Hollywood is a small place, everyone knows each other and hangs out with each other. The breakup is probably not even a big deal to anyone but the sheep. As far as starting families- I don’t see anyone besides tom and his sister having a baby. How can a girl fit his clothes and not get lost in them – he has broad shoulders, is much taller and overall has a male figure… I would always scrach my brains out whenever I would hear robstens talk about clothes-sharing … it’s stupid beyond reason! Same style – maybe, I also think they got a lot of free stuff from the same brands or K is a copycat :)) She could look so nice with some decent, clean, comfy clothes and not the old rumpled, disintegrating stuff she wears. She needs to find a style that suits her personality . For example, I somehow liked how she looked when she was shooting Runaways, Joan Jet style Lol ! Yeah, I sometimes think I haven’t changed that much from my teenager days, style-wise, even now at nearly 30, I like the biker, goth-rock style. So, we’ve now got a lovely pic of Rob at the airport but we don’t know where he’s flying to. If, IF he’s flown by British Airways, I’d make a guess that he’s flown back to the UK. Maybe he only flew to NYC to spend NY there with some of his friends. And I notice that Snow Ho and her hobo friends are keeping a low profile. Obviously she knows that people are tweeting and taking pics of Rob and knows that people will talk about her possibly being with him if she keeps out of sight.
