Someone should remind those KStew idiots that Rob is the one who won the Young Hollywood Award back in 2008 as the breakout star of Twilight, not the skank.

What I don’t understand is how they can keep calling themselves fans of both, when all they do is insult and criticize Rob if he doesn’t do what they want. Honestly I don’t know which group is worse, those who firmly believe RK are together, married with a baby and investing on Twigs’ career, or those who think Rob is stupid for letting K go (or is cheating on her) and can’t cope without her so he is now rebelling and doing drugs. Either way, their remarks are libelous and disrespectful in many ways.
One of the most stupid aspects of their dumb “investment” theory is that Rob was just estimated to be worth $82 million. I’m sure KStew isn’t broke either, so why in the world would they need to “invest” in some on-the-fringes UK singer?
Twigs is never going to be mainstream. She’s not going to turn into Beyonce overnight, so this whole theory is beyond stupid. But then, these are the ignorant, delusional women who worship an imaginary baby even though KS never stopped smoking weed or drinking vodka like a fish the whole time she was supposed to be pregnant.
Meanwhile, Rob is living his life and having a blast. He must be so relieved to have someone who returns his affections. I like her hairstyle there, I’m starting to appreciate shorter hair more now. I’ve always had long hair but unfortunately it’s quite thin and falls a lot, so I made the jump earlier this month and went for a haircut hoping it would tangle less and thus fall less, asked for a short enough cut where I could still do a ponytail and the stylist cut more than I wanted, it took me a week to get over it as I’d never had it that short (just above the shoulders). If I could I would certainly consider something like Kristen has now, styled and clean I think her hair looks really nice, but I think I would need more hair than I have now to pull it off, not to mention a lot more confidence, somehow I have the idea that it won’t grow back stuck in my head lol

You are right regarding the hair cut, it’s a similar style and it could be for the movie… just the back of Rob’s head with that hairy square in the middle… It’s ok to be fun and let go of you once in a while but this is such a radical change… we weren’t used to this.
I’m from California but have a lot of family in Mexico and that’s where I remember watching ‘Plaza Sésamo’, it’s similar to the original version but they do have their own characters as well, for example, there’s no Big Bird but they have his cousin Abelardo. My favorite’s always been Elmo.

Are we sure they didn’t mix up ‘present’ and ‘honoured’? Most winners already leaked and I don’t remember reading Rob’s name (same goes for Hillary Swank, Johnny Depp and Jared Leto who are also named by PEOPLE). I think the only categories that haven’t leaked are (SPOILER): Hollywood Humanitarian Award, Producers Award, Leadership Award and Spotlight Award. I guess Rob could get a Spotlight Award, although I’m not sure what that award means…same goes for the leadership one. So PEOPLE could be right. (Or the list I read wrong).
(OT: But what is Leto promoting? Depp has “Into the Woods”, Swank “The Homesman” and Pattinson “Maps to the Stars” (for the Golden Globes qualifying run, if it’s still happening?!)…what has Leto been up to since his Oscar win?! I honestly don’t know).
Kristen (again – SPOILER) isn’t winning anything according to the list I saw + her place card. She’ll probably be presenting the award to Julianne Moore (whose place card actually reads ‘Hollywood Actress Award’).

As for KStew, her stylist did an amazing work, I like her dress-hair-makeup. Julianne definitely likes her since she’s sort of promoting her on stage. Julianne considers she has to support KStew… it’s ok Miss Moore, we get it. She’s that special and forever misunderstood kind of actress… the irony.

True Lizzy! It was an awkward moment that lasted a couple of seconds but I could sense it. Since the moment J. Moore felt she had to, somehow, promote KStew who wasn’t getting any award, you know there’s something wrong in there.
It’s not like the other people mentioning their co-stars (I think everyone/every actress/actor did that?) got standing ovations for it. Some people laughed (which you can interpret any way you want, I guess), but I didn’t really expect any big reaction?!
I mean, it’s also not like Kristen gave some kind of undeniable performance in ‘Still Alice’ (or anywhere else)…or that anyone in that room actually saw the movie at this point…
I think it’s nice of Moore to say something about Kristen and not just their work-relationship. If she said it because she means it, or because she thinks it somehow helps the movie’s/her recognition (probably a little of both), doesn’t really matter at an event purely designed for publicity. At least as long as it sounds sincere which, in my opinion, it did.
I liked Kristen’s look too and her hair is starting to grow on me (I still think she looks better with longer hair, though).
I (obviously) like that Moore tries to drag Kristen into the race – that’s how coattail nominations can happen. If you’re not up there accepting your own award, you better make sure your co-star mentions you in the best way.
But the show itself was very boring and I certainly won’t be watching it next year…Kristen and Robert were fine, I really liked the Foxcatcher cast (and I will forever have a tiny crush on Bennett Miller), Chris Rock and Ben Affleck because they didn’t take this too serious. I think I forget everyone else.
Quite frankly, I think it’s unnecessary for JM to say anything about Kristen’s performance. Stew makes movies for herself, no one else….right? So why seek recognition from anyone else?
I think it’s only polite to say something about the people you worked with, especially when they are standing right beside you. You kind of have to mention them, don’t you? In my opinion, Moore’s only choice was what to say, not if she said anything at all.
Besides, even if Kristen is only making movies for herself (which I can’t believe despite her statement), she’ll need to continue getting offers to do so. And once your work is recognized by your peers, I believe you have a better chance at getting high quality offers. Although that doesn’t always have to be true, it probably would be for someone like Kristen (= young, white, recognizable name, in the business for a while etc.). I mean, if Kristen choses some scripts because she wants to say one sentence, imagine her motivation when she gets a script full of great sentences 😉

I think it’s a bit…childish? Although people who aren’t invested in this/gossip won’t even know she wasn’t in the room, so it doesn’t matter that much (or anything, really).
